Roundtable session on data-driven working for housing associations

More and more corporations want to work in a data-driven way, but in practice it often comes to a standstill because of fragmented data sources, discussions about definitions and decisions that are still taken on gut feeling. Technology is rarely the problem, but sustainable impact is only created when ownership, roles and behavior are properly invested. How do you tackle this as a corporation and when is data-driven work really successful?

To inspire housing associations and let them learn from each other, Valid regularly brings together industry professionals during local roundtable sessions. In upcoming edition, we take a closer look at the topic of change management.

We will soon host a new edition of the change management roundtable session.

Because according to Joost Wijdeven, Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, this is just as important as the technology itself: "You often see that when people talk about data-driven working, it is quickly seen as an IT party. After all, they know everything about data, while it is something about and for the entire organization. IT can help with this, but it is certainly not an IT party. The realization that everyone is responsible for this - from management to the employees in the field who enter data - requires change management and that people take ownership. Because 'garbage in is garbage out' also applies to data-driven work; IT can do little to change that."

The exact date and location will follow soon. Want to be the first to know when registration opens? Sign up in advance using the form below. Participation is free of charge. Inspiring each other and sharing knowledge is the focus of these sessions.
