Project Manager

In brief:

You are involved in an IT project from start to finish. It is your responsibility to ensure that the project runs smoothly.

Your main duties will include

Our project managers often work on large-scale and complex IT projects at our clients. An important role in which the emphasis is on giving advice and leadership. During the preliminary phase you will mainly advise and think along with the customer. Is the project running? Then you will manage the project and the project team. You are responsible for the success of a project. Of course you take into account the budget, the time schedule and you never forget the quality.

To properly oversee and distinguish the various components and phases of a project, it is important that you have strong analytical skills. You will understand the need to keep a cool head during problems and react proactively if something threatens to go wrong.Because you know how to convey your enthusiasm to the project team, you will achieve the best results together! Working together is very important and you are the initiator and driving force behind a project. 

Your team

You will be part of our Change Makers team, which consists of about thirty project managers, agilists and business/information analysts. It is an ambitious and sociable team of colleagues. They share a lot of knowledge; they keep each other sharp, learn from each other and are always ready to help each other. In this role, you will work as a project manager for various clients.

What we expect from you

•  You have a completed college or university education;
• It is important that you already have several years of experience as a project manager of IT projects. This is because the projects are often fairly complex;
• You have relevant project management certifications under your belt;

• You enjoy contributing to the growth/development of the team.

For this vacancy you must speak native Dutch, we don't offer relocation.
