Process & Information Consultant (senior)

In brief:

For the Managed Services Improve Team we are looking for an experienced Process & Information Consultant (Senior). Someone who enjoys tackling challenges together with his or her colleagues, wants to keep learning and growing.

In this position, you are responsible for focusing and setting up the IT processes within Managed Services. You translate the requirements and wishes of our customers and internal organization into concrete solutions and ensure the optimization of these processes. In addition, you also carry out the application management of our IT service management tool. When 'onboarding' new customers, you are (jointly) responsible for setting up the service management processes, self-service portal and associated tooling together with our suppliers.

Some of your responsibilities include: 

• You are responsible for the adequate functional and technical set-up of the service management tooling and the self-service portal. You ensure the optimal balance between wishes, requirements and efficiency;

• From your expertise you analyze and advise with regard to the (re)design of service and information processes with the aim of increasing efficiency, reducing costs and/or realizing extensions to the service portfolio;
• You advise process owners and customers with translating the processes into the applications and are responsible for managing this tooling and a sparring partner for the other team members. 

Your team

Our Managed Services organization employs over 125 IT professionals, divided into various (customer) teams. As Process & Information Consultant you are part of the Improve team and together with 4 other Process & Information professionals you form the 'PIM' team. The team plays a very important role within Valid Managed Services in relation to ITIL processes, license management, automation and quality management certifications. The total size of the Improve team is 12 people.

What we expect from you

• HBO working and thinking level;
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role;
• Team player, proactive, communication skills;
• Experience with application management (ITSM tool and/or self-service portal);
• Demonstrated ITIL and process management knowledge;
• Knowledge and experience with SQL/BI is a plus.

Salary:

€4600.00 - €5770.00 per month
