AI Reality Check: Know where you stand with AI

Artificial Intelligence (AI), you can't escape it. As is the belief that AI will make your organization work, decide and innovate smarter at lightning speed. But is this true?

Because how is AI being applied in your organization? Are employees already using tools like Copilot and ChatGPT? Do you have visibility into usage? And do you know where to start to better use and effectively implement Generative AI (Gen AI)? By Gen AI, we mean tools like Copilot and ChatGPT.

We see that many organizations do not yet know where they stand in this process. Because it's more than just using tools. As an organization, you want your own information and data to be used to work smarter. AND that information is also handled properly. But are the current systems actually designed for this? And what is coming your way? Legitimate questions to which you want a solid answer before you get started with AI and experience its benefits.

Insight as a starting point

Valid's compact AI Reality Check maps out the possibilities with AI specifically for your organization. Where are your profits and opportunities? What are the benefits of AI. the possibilities but also the limitations? Are policy changes needed? Are people prepared? Is current data safe and usable? Where are the bottlenecks? In other words, how can my organization benefit from deploying AI?

The AI Reality Check gives a clear picture of how AI-ready your organization is and what the next smart step is. We always use an integrated approach of people, technology and organization. By paying attention to all three aspects, we strengthen execution power, create support and ensure sustainable progress.

Approach: 3V model

The AI Reality Check is addressed based on the Valid 3V model. This model was developed because we are convinced that successful change is not only about processes or systems, it is also about people. In the Valid 3V model, people are central. Our approach helps organizations realize change effectively, sustainably and people-centered. The model consists of three steps: Prepare, Change and Embed.

We start with an intake in which goals, context and challenges are central. This is followed by interviews with stakeholders and a workshop in which we focus on a number of cases relevant to your organization. Then we look at the capacity for change and the quality of existing data to determine what is feasible. This creates a reliable and representative picture of how Generative AI can be effectively deployed.

The AI Reality Check is a starting point: it provides a sharp analysis of the current situation. In an advisory report, you will receive concrete recommendations on how to use AI effectively.
