You are the driving force behind building lasting customer relationships. You spot opportunities where others don’t, build trust at the executive level, and ensure that customers not only stay with us but also grow.

At Valid, you’ll work in a market segment where you set the agenda. You’ll have ultimate responsibility for your own client portfolio—from contract renewals and renegotiations to upselling and strategic account development. You’ll work closely with a Service Delivery Manager and Team Manager, but when it comes to commercial leadership? That’s up to you.

What will you do?

You’ll engage in discussions with decision-makers, develop account plans, and monitor your forecast. You’ll identify business opportunities, manage the bidding process, and ensure that clients view Valid as a strategic partner, not just a supplier.

What do you bring to the table?
  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • At least 5 years of commercial B2B experience, preferably in IT, MSP, or outsourcing;
  • Proven track record in account development and contract negotiations;
  • Knowledge of and a network within the professional services sector and/or housing associations is a significant advantage;
  • You switch effortlessly between the operational and strategic levels;
  • You have a keen eye for margins, forecasts, and business opportunities.

  • Salary between €7,000 and €8,000 gross per month;
