Change Managers

Successfully implementing and anchoring change requires more than a plan and a process. It is about people. About behavior, perception and commitment. Our change managers understand this like no other. They make sure that change not only takes place, but also really lands - sustainably, supported and with an eye for people.

Change with an eye for people and results

Change issues are not just about processes, systems or technology. For change to be successful, it is essential that people accept the solution and that the change is widely supported and firmly embedded in the organization and culture.

Our change managers understand what is involved. Change starts with trust and cooperation at all levels within the organization. Whether it's advice, guidance or implementation: our change managers tackle this from day one. Together we determine the goal, from success criteria to impact analysis, and map risks and challenges. They often play a central role: as point of contact for stakeholders, as author of communication plans and as supervisor during implementation. Their in-depth knowledge of organizations, human behavior and communication provides a powerful foundation for progress.

Successful change with Valid's 3V approach

Our Prosci-certified change managers use the Valid 3V approach, which is based on three phases: prepare, change and anchor. Especially the last phase is crucial: not falling back on old habits, but achieving future-proof results. The approach can be applied within a project, Agile environment or process change. Change is ultimately a continuous process, the only constant there is.
