The GripScan approach is based on the Valid 3V model. This model was developed because we are convinced that successful change is not only about processes or systems, it is also about people. In the Valid 3V model, people are central. Our approach helps organizations realize change effectively, sustainably and people-centered. The model consists of three steps: Prepare, Change and Embed.

We start with an intake meeting focusing on goals, context and challenges. This is followed by interviews with stakeholders and observations of sessions such as stand-ups or planning sessions. This creates a reliable and representative picture of how cooperation, decision-making and working methods are taking place.

Change

Based on the above findings, we provide advice: what works, what doesn't, and where is there room for improvement? We visualize bottlenecks with, for example, a Value Stream Map, which maps the flow from customer demand to delivery. This provides immediate direction for change.
