Eindhoven, July 10, 2024 - Valid Managed Services is making important changes within its management. Effective August 1, 2024 Eric Hogenboom, the current Managing Director, will fully focus on his role as co-CEO of the Valid group. Roy van de Kamp, currently Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Valid, will take over the role of Managing Director from that date. To succeed Roy, and to further strengthen the technological aspect of the organization, will be Eric Klomp will be appointed as the new CTO.

The appointment of Roy van de Kamp as the new Managing Director, combined with the arrival of Eric Klomp as the new CTO, further strengthens the technology leadership in the organization.

Eric Hogenboom will remain co-CEO of the Valid group and will continue to focus on Managed Services from the Valid Managing Board. He will continue to focus on the further strategic development of the entire Valid group.
